![]() ![]() road hazzard can be, and often are, two entirely separate coverages. Unfortunately the Chase coverage is CDW - that might cover the tire, given I've read the CDW from Chase and it does not exclude tire / rim damage - we hit a curb, and I have it on dash-cam, so it was a "collision," but I also know that collision vs. The other factors include that the tires were all under-inflated (I checked this later after getting the new tire) they didn't include a spare tire only inflation kit the car has auto-driving features that pull you off to the side of the road (which caused the flat), and more. Has anyone had experience on the towing charges in Scotland or the UK when renting from Alamo/Enterprise, such as how long before a bill shows up? I am expecting this to be a very large charge, and there are so many aspects to this to cover but for now now I'm mostly wondering about the typical cycle time for a charge to show up I've heard of folks getting collision charges months later. ![]() When we returned the car the car cleared inspection and we were checked out with a receipt for only the original rental amount. I purchased a new tire on my own, not concerned about that. Had a significant flat, inflation kit did not work, had to call Alamo/Enterprise for a tow, which ended up being a 60 mile one-way flat bed truck. We rented a car in Scotland, had a great 10 days touring. ![]()
